Refunds and Returns
Any orders that were placed in error or you no longer need/want, we are able to issue a refund within 30 days from the date of original order.
Orders will be refunded on the condition that they not been used, fitted and are undamaged in the original packaging with any fixings that were supplied.
Any orders that had special items on will not be able to be refunded, for example, any chain or tube that has been cut to the specified length wont be refunded.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched. Please note that you may not receive a dispatch notification as soon as it has been dispatched, this is due to system limitations, in this case we would be unable to issue the refund.
To help us issue your refund in the quickest possible time please supply us with either a copy of the original order invoice or invoice number, both can be found under the order history in your account (Order History)
