Delivery Group 4
Delivery Group 4 is for products that are collection only.
This will be for products that will be too large or heavy for any delivery service.

Delivery Groups
We use delivery groups to help us work out the cost of postage.
In Group 1 we use the weight of the cart and total price to work out the cost. For example, if you buy 24 off JSK12 – Recessed Plate Handles that weigh 107g each the total cart weight is 2568g or 2.6kg, the cost of each handle is £5.23 inc. VAT which makes the cart worth £125.52 inc. VAT. This will let you have the Free Delivery in the 2-5kg order weight category
In Groups 2 & 3 we use quantity of the items in that group. For example, if you buy 8 off JSPC05 – Continuous Hinge and 24 off JSK12 the total cart weight would be 10.6kg which is under the 25kg limit. In Group 2 we only count the items in that are in that group so you would only pay £20 + VAT as there is only 6 items in Group 2.
If you only order items that are in Group 1 but have a postcode in our “Out of Area” list you will have to pay Group 2 tier of delivery. For example, if you only order 24 off JSK12 – Recessed Plate Handles you will have to still pay the Group 2 costs.
Orders Over 25kg
If your order is over 25kg we will need to contact you with a quote for shipping.
Please feel free to continue to checkout but please be aware that we will NOT dispatch the order until we give you a quote on shipping. As long as you leave a phone number when checking out we will be able to contact you when we know how much it will cost to ship the item to you. The reason for this is due to couriers only taking parcels up to 25kg. We will have to either split the delivery into multiple parcels or explore other means of delivering your order to you.

Our Royal Mail Tracked 48® service will allow you to follow your parcel’s progress from start to finish with online tracking
In most cases we will supply you with a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Click and Collect
We offer a free click and collect service on most of our items. When selecting click and collect please supply a phone number and we will let you know when the items are ready for collection.
